Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Short version: SavedFlow does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Everything it stores stays in your own browser. There are no analytics, no accounts, and no servers operated by us.

Who this covers

This policy applies to the SavedFlow browser extension ("SavedFlow", "the extension"). SavedFlow is open-source software; the source is at github.com/jacksonfdam/SavedFlow. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta.

What data SavedFlow stores

SavedFlow stores, only on your device via the browser's chrome.storage.local API:

This data never leaves your browser. We have no server that receives it, and we cannot see it.

What SavedFlow does not do

Network requests

The only network requests SavedFlow makes go to Instagram and Instagram's image CDN (cdninstagram.com, fbcdn.net), and only on your behalf, using your existing logged-in session:

These requests are governed by Instagram's and Meta's own privacy practices. SavedFlow sends nothing to any other destination.

Permissions

SavedFlow requests storage (to keep your collections locally), sidePanel (to show the organizer panel), host access to instagram.com (to run on the site), and host access to Instagram's image CDN (to display thumbnails). It does not request access to your tabs, browsing history, or cookies.

Data retention and deletion

You control the data. Removing posts or collections in SavedFlow deletes those records. Removing the extension, or clearing your browser's site/extension data, deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else.

Children

SavedFlow is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change and the new version will be published at this URL.
