Short version: SavedFlow is free, open-source software provided as is. You use it on your own Instagram account and at your own risk. It is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the SavedFlow browser extension ("SavedFlow", "the extension") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

2. What SavedFlow is

SavedFlow is a browser extension that organizes your own saved Instagram posts into collections, locally in your browser. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta.

3. Licence

SavedFlow is released under the MIT licence. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute it under the terms of that licence. The source code is at github.com/jacksonfdam/SavedFlow.

4. Your responsibilities

You use SavedFlow only with your own Instagram account, which you are logged into.
Some actions, such as importing your saves and unsaving a post, operate on your live Instagram account. You are responsible for those actions, including the irreversible ones.
You are responsible for complying with Instagram's and Meta's own terms of service. SavedFlow interacts with Instagram on your behalf, and that interaction is your use of Instagram, not ours.

5. Third-party services and undocumented interfaces

SavedFlow reads Instagram's web pages and, for the unsave feature, calls an undocumented Instagram endpoint. These interfaces can change or break at any time without notice, which may cause features to stop working. SavedFlow does not control Instagram and makes no guarantee that it will keep functioning.

6. No warranty

SavedFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of Instagram or your browser.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, saved posts, or collections, arising from your use of or inability to use SavedFlow.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. The "Last updated" date above will change, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
